How does my subscription work?
Choose your flavour, and select the quantity and frequency of your order. You will receive a notification before you are charged and when your order has been confirmed
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day each month. If you opt for the 2 week subscription, you will be billed every 14 days.
When shall I expect my YEW?
You should receive your order within 48 hrs of purchase.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Any time you’d like to change your subscription simply log in to your customer portal. Here you can change the flavour, frequency, quantity or skip or cancel your subscription. If there are any issues, contact hello@yewdrink.com for our help.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes - you can skip or cancel anytime. If you’ve already paid, your cancellation will come into effect in the next billing cycle, for which you will not be charged. Don’t worry - you will receive a notification before you are charged. Make sure to cancel before your billing date to avoid being charged in the next billing cycle.

Do I have to pay shipping for my subscription?
No, we will not charge shipping on subscription purchases.
